      Angel of the Beach (2004)

      This 11-year old child saved her family and everyone else on the beach by recognizing signs that a tsunami was on the way. This short article has a lot of preparedness lessons, not just specifically about tsunamis but about the importance of observation, listening, and persuading. If she had noticed the signs but couldn’t convince 100 adults to listen, they would all be just as dead as if she hadn’t noticed.
